A beautiful five-tier wedding cake bursting with five different flavours!
At the bottom is a 16-inch three-layer coconut cake filled and covered with our special homemade buttercream icing and homemade white chocolate ganache. The cake is also frosted with the white chocolate ganache.
Next is a 14-inch three-layer chocolate cake filled with our special chocolate buttercream icing, our homemade dark chocolate ganache and crushed hazelnuts. The cake is also frosted with our homemade dark chocolate ganache.
A 12-inch two-layer caramel and pecan vanilla cake is next, filled with our homemade caramel buttercream icing and pecans, frosted with homemade caramel buttercream icing.
The fourth tier is a 9-inch two-layer white cake filled with our special homemade buttercream icing, homemade white chocolate ganache and crushed almond, and frosted with the white chocolate ganache.
Finally, topping it all off, is a 6-inch four-layer chocolate espresso cake filled with chocolate buttercream icing and dark chocolate ganache. The cake is also frosted with our homemade dark chocolate ganache. Optionally, up to two liquors or spirits complete this special flavour combination.
All tiers are covered with our delicious homemade fondant, dusted with edible shiny pearl colours and decorated to match the bride’s bouquet and reception colours.
All flowers and other fondant decorations are coloured and dusted with edible dust.
