The first tier is a two-layer vanilla cake filled and frosted with our special homemade French Vanilla buttercream icing and white chocolate ganache.
The second tier is a two-layer chocolate cake filled with our homemade chocolate ganache.
This beautiful cake is covered with homemade fondant, decorated with a handmade fondant Minnie Mouse sculpture and other fondant decorations. All tiers are covered with fondant, dusted with edible shiny colours.
We use high quality products for all of our cake, icing and fondant ingredients.
All of the colouring and dust are edible and food-safe.
